Areas of Interest
My professional areas of interest include an eclectic approach to conservatively treating and alleviating pain and dysfunction regarding any mechanical problem in the body. I am particularly interested in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, proprioception training, neurodynamics and educating (empowering) patients about their conditions. This encompasses acute and chronic, or ongoing, injuries in the spine as well as peripheral joints.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, running, working on my house and attending or watching sporting events (typically in that order).
