LIVE Health Center Info Sessions: Ready for Your Questions

Calling all new and prospective Ducks and families! Have you been curious about the services at University Health Services and about how we can meet your health and wellness needs? Do you want to know how to use insurance, how to get your required immunization records uploaded, or use the MyUOHealth portal? Do you have questions about our Student Health Insurance Benefits Plan or how to enroll? Then join us for an upcoming LIVE Health Center Information Session!

These one-hour, drop-in sessions will be offered via Zoom, and will connect you directly to one of our friendly, helpful team members to get your questions answered. The full schedule of upcoming sessions is below, and will be updated with any changes. Join us at any point during these one-hour sessions.

Before attending a session, please review access and participation instructions as listed below the schedule.

IntroDUCKtion students: Please do not attend a Health Center Information Session that conflicts with your mandatory IntroDUCKtion programming.

To access the Zoom meetings:

  • Click on the Zoom meeting link for the day of the week (Tuesday or Thursday) of the session, in the table above.
  • Please sign in with your full name visible on the screen.
  • You will be held in a “waiting room” until the specified start time.

To ask a question:

  • When you enter the session, you will be welcomed by the meeting host.
  • Questions will be taken in the order of arrival of participants.
  • When called upon by our meeting host, you can ask your question verbally, or can chat your question directly to the host using the Zoom chat function.
    • Be sure to select “private chat” to meeting host.
  • Based on your question type, the meeting host will send you to a “breakout room” to talk with one of our content experts.
  • If you have multiple questions, our staff will be able help you move between breakout rooms, as needed.
