Currently enrolled students and full- or part-time faculty members and staff may all fill prescriptions, receive vaccines and clinical services, and purchase over-the-counter items. 

The UHS Pharmacy is in-network with most major prescription insurance plans, including CVS/Caremark, Aetna, Moda, Providence, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.  

If you have an active prescription at another pharmacy and would like to transfer it to the UHS Pharmacy, access our secure transfer form or call the pharmacy at 541-346-4454. We will take care of the rest!

If you have a new prescription, your healthcare provider can submit prescriptions directly via phone, fax, and electronically via Surescripts. Physical prescriptions should be hand-delivered by the patient, not mailed to the pharmacy. Certain prescriptions such as Adderall or Vyvanse must be sent electronically or presented on a physical prescription form.
