No-Show/Late-Cancellation Fees: $20–$30

If you cancel your appointment with less than two hours’ notice (primary care, including specialty care visits) or 24 hours’ notice (physical therapy/sports medicine visits) or if you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged a no-show/late-cancellation fee. No-show/late-cancellation fees are $20 for a missed primary care visit and $30 for a missed specialty care or physical therapy appointment.

You may cancel an appointment via myUOHealth up to 24 hours prior to your visit. If you are cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice, please call University Health Services at 541-346-2770 at least two hours before your scheduled check-in.

Student Health Benefits Plan Late Payment Fee: $100

Students who fail to pay their UO health insurance premiums by the published compliance deadlines will be charged a $100 late fee, and an academic hold will be placed on their account. Do you need a little more time to pay? You may qualify for a payment plan, which if honored will result in a reversal of the late fee. Payment must be made in full by the end of the current coverage period (term). The hold will be removed if/when a payment plan is set up.
