Faculty and Staff Services

University Health Services serves only currently enrolled UO students, with a few exceptions that are also available to faculty and staff.

Pharmacy

Individuals
Need a prescription refill, a spare set of tweezers, or a small package of Kleenex for your workstation? Look no further than the University Health Services Pharmacy. Current faculty and staff are now welcome to fill prescriptions as well as purchase over-the-counter (OTC) products from the pharmacy. Pharmacists are available to assist you with picking the right product. Payment may be made with cash, check, or credit and debit cards.

University Departments
Departments can also order OTC items through the pharmacy for use by their staff. We are able to charge index or account codes and are happy to send products via campus mail directly to your department.

Speaking to Campus Groups
Pharmacists are also available on a limited basis to speak to campus groups on pharmacy-related topics. Previous sessions have included drug abuse, nicotine replacement therapy, and seasonal allergy treatment options.

Durable Medical Equipment

Discounted durable medical equipment (braces, arch supports, etc.) is available for purchase (cash or check) at the Physical Therapy Clinic.

Duck Nest Wellness Programming

Duck Nest programs and events are available to faculty and staff. The Duck Nest is located on the ground floor of the EMU, in room 041.

Physical Therapy and Acupuncture

Faculty and staff members may now access acupuncture and physical therapy services at University Health Services. We are not available for the treatment of Worker’s Compensation injuries at this time. Call 541-346-4401 to schedule an appointment.

Flu Shots

Note: Flu shots are not available for faculty and staff for the 2020-21 school year.

Medical Services at UHS provides flu shots for faculty and staff; however, you may be required to wait as students have first priority. Faculty and staff with PEBB Providence and Moda health insurance plans can have their vaccinations directly billed to insurance. Be sure to bring your insurance card in addition to your UO ID. Faculty and staff who are not covered by PEBB Providence or Moda insurance will need to pay by cash or check at the time of service.
