A Message from UHC's Executive Director
On behalf of University Health Services, I would like to welcome you to the fall term! I know many of you are residing on campus, many throughout Eugene, and others have chosen to study remotely this term. I want you to know that the University Health Services is here for you, no matter where you are.
University Health Services is providing comprehensive telemedicine and teletherapy as well as in-person services. Please visit health.uoregon.edu for information to schedule an appointment.
Acute Care is open! We have a new area to provide same day, walk-in services for students who have an urgent/acute need for medical care. This service will be open M-F until 5:30 p.m.
Our service has designed many ways to keep you safe for those coming for in-person services. We are asking students with illness to “Call First”. You may call 541-346-2770. This allows us to determine if there is a need to request you enter through our Agate Street entrance, which is solely for those experiencing viral symptoms. Doing so allows us to keep other areas of our services as healthy as possible.
Please remember, the best line of defense against coronavirus and all other illnesses is to wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. The CDC recommends you wear a cloth face mask in public settings. Please review the guidelines for proper use of cloth masks.
